Complaints about the life
As you know, the monks are very modest life. There was a time when they practiced the principles of strict silence. In one such monastery monk had a right to say just two words for five years, and it is only addressed to the abbot. After the first five years of silence, one of the monks said:
— Food was cold.
Five years later, said:
— The bed of the solid.
And, finally, after fifteen years in the convent said:
— To leave the monastery.
In response, the abbot said:
— I am absolutely not surprised. Since then, as you're here, and only do that complain.
